Role Title: ADP Integration Consultant

Duration: 6 month contract, potential extension to 1 year

Preferred Location: Remote supporting EST time zone. Must be willing to travel 1-2 times a quarter

Role Description:
We are seeking a Technical Integration Consultant with deep experience designing and implementing payroll system integrations. This role involves developing functional and technical specs, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end integration testing.

  • Lead design of technical integrations between ADP EV6 and third-party systems (e.g., Workday, time tracking systems, SAP GL)
  • Write detailed functional and technical specifications for integration workstreams
  • Coordinate with development teams to build and test integration components
  • Manage QA and validation processes, ensuring clean handoff to business teams
  • Document workflows, data mappings, and exception handling procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical payroll system integration
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP systems (EV6 or Global View preferred)
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes, data structures, and interfacing systems
  • Ability to develop integration specs and coordinate across technical and functional teams
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and QA coordination skills
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
