Role Title: ADP Integration Consultant
Duration: 6 month contract, potential extension to 1 year
Preferred Location: Remote supporting EST time zone. Must be willing to travel 1-2 times a quarter
Role Description:
We are seeking a Technical Integration Consultant with deep experience designing and implementing payroll system integrations. This role involves developing functional and technical specs, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end integration testing.
- Lead design of technical integrations between ADP EV6 and third-party systems (e.g., Workday, time tracking systems, SAP GL)
- Write detailed functional and technical specifications for integration workstreams
- Coordinate with development teams to build and test integration components
- Manage QA and validation processes, ensuring clean handoff to business teams
- Document workflows, data mappings, and exception handling procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical payroll system integration
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP systems (EV6 or Global View preferred)
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, data structures, and interfacing systems
- Ability to develop integration specs and coordinate across technical and functional teams
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, and QA coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
