Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Responsible for all phases of development process including analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation in Agile development lifecycles. Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts for requirement/user story validation, integration, regression, performance and usability testing. Develop unified automation framework to increase efficiency and accuracy in testing web and mobile applications, and make continuous improvements to framework to ensure its compatibility with new technologies and updates. Design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines using tools that include Spinnaker, customized Jenkins, Bitbucket, Pivotal Cloud Foundry and Artifactory to automate build, test, and deployment process for multiple applications, and to manage release schedules and code reviews process. Collaborate with business partners to analyze user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and technically feasible. Translate user stories into solutions that provide an excellent client experience and align with digital architectural roadmap. Prepare detailed technical designs that account for security, resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and performance. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks/issues, and taking corrective action as necessary to meet project deadlines. Responsible for quality and performance certification/validations, debugging and fixing defects, preparing test plans and test exit reports. Collaborate with development team to ensure defects are identified and resolved quickly before reaching production environment. Build AWS Cloud Formation templates to create custom sized virtual port channels, subnets, and network address translations. Write Helm Chart and terraform templates to create and maintain Kubernetes Objects and Infrastructure in an automated configuration as a service manner. Train and support scrum testers on automation framework usage. Conduct accessibility testing on web and mobile applications, and provide recommendations to improve user experience for users with disabilities. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Technical Lead, Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, or related position involving web and mobile application testing. Six (6) years of experience must include: Developing and maintaining Spring Boot Microservices using Java and Oracle SQL; Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines; Utilizing Git and Bitbucket for source code management and code reviews; Monitoring Splunk logs to develop customized reporting dashboards; Cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure; Web and mobile applications accessibility testing; Developing Automation Framework using languages that include Python, Shell Script, JavaScript, and Java; Creating, updating, executing, and maintaining test cases utilizing Jira, Bitbucket, Appium, Zephyr, Android Studio, and Spinnaker; Performing web and mobile automation to develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases on browser, iOS, and Android platforms; and Automating RESTful and Soap APIs with tools that include as Java RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger.
