Job Description & Skill Requirement:

This position is for an experienced Supply Chain Delivery Assurance Field Representative (DAFR) role to join a growing aerospace team with L&T Technology Services (LTTS). As an important part of the Supply Chain team here at LTTS, you will actively be providing critical value to our customers by helping to ensure their suppliers deliver aerospace components to meet operational goals.

This role will work with the LTTS team, as well as our major aerospace customer, to coordinate with suppliers to understand risks, perform assessments/audits, measure/track performance, and actively drive supplier improvement strategies. Experience in Program /Project Management, Delivery Assurance and/or Aftermarket Program Management is required.

This is an onsite position, requiring working directly at various suppler locations including facilities in:
Phoenix, Arizona

Primary Responsibilities:
Support Delivery Assurance Activities for the 787 program and drive detail actions with suppliers and Collins Aerospace sites to recover delivery schedules for the program.
Lead project execution for schedule recovery efforts. Managing & supporting program projects such as reliability, in-service issues, producibility, cost reduction.
Provide detail line of balances (LOB) with robust action of various production hardware to the customer facing team
Managing burndown of SRI s (Supplier Requested Information) that will require the coordination with Value Stream Leaders, Engineering, Quality & Supply Chain.
Provide daily updates into the Boeing Open Order Tracking System (BOOTS).
Coordinating with the Power & Controls and Global Operations Sites and Supply Chain to drive on time deliver (OTD) for all Boeing 787 deliverables.
Monitor and document issues and barriers faced in day-to-day operations. Communicate status reports to LTTS and customer leadership.
Actively drive supplier accountability and success towards hitting delivery promise dates
Identify supplier risks and help drive risk mitigation plans.
Be empowered to execute supplier operational improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to current supply chain customer processes, tools, trainings, etc.
Implement corrective action plans for any identified supplier process gaps
Regularly present supplier performance progress, action items, challenges, risks, and progress to key internal and external stakeholders.
Adhere to import, export, and procurement regulations.
This role requires being on site daily at the client's locaion, and may at times require visits to the supplier(s) location.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ year(s) of relevant experience
Aerospace industry experience

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of supply chain management
Experience in procurement and/or contract management
Experience in project or program management
Exposure to engineering and quality processes
Knowledge of aftermarket program management
Knowledge of LEAN
An ability to build positive intercompany relationships
Outstanding communication and reporting skills
An ability to work independently without day-to-say supervision
