Job Details
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements documentation, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to technical project success through clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and maintain business and system requirements (Functional/Non-Functional).
Create flowcharts, process maps, and technical documentation.
Gather and validate requirements through stakeholder interaction and UAT processes.
Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.
Organize and host training sessions, brown bag meetings, and customer-facing discussions.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams in an Agile environment.
Prepare presentations and documentation using tools like Confluence, Jira, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI/dashboard tools (preferably Tableau).
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, etc.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and team collaboration abilities.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with data modeling or ETL processes.
Background in training facilitation or technical demos.
