Job Details

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements documentation, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to technical project success through clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, document, and maintain business and system requirements (Functional/Non-Functional).

  • Create flowcharts, process maps, and technical documentation.

  • Gather and validate requirements through stakeholder interaction and UAT processes.

  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.

  • Organize and host training sessions, brown bag meetings, and customer-facing discussions.

  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams in an Agile environment.

  • Prepare presentations and documentation using tools like Confluence, Jira, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments.

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI/dashboard tools (preferably Tableau).

  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and team collaboration abilities.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data modeling or ETL processes.

  • Background in training facilitation or technical demos.
