IT Executive Support Specialist

Looking for an IT Support Specialist that has the normal background plus Executive Support experience.
Person must be a rockstar with excellent people skills! White/glove or executive experience desired!

This Desktop Support Tech must have excellent communication, patience, and eagerness to follow issues through to completion!
Will be interfacing with executive team as well as corporate HR and finance teams, along with limited other departments housed in the Dallas HQ.
  • Excellent, clear communicator
  • Customer-centric attitude and willingness to resolve issues cradle-to-grave
  • Experience with high-priority, VIP-heavy support environment; prioritization; patience
  • Experience with both common Windows and MacOS platforms
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows, and MacOS networking stacks
  • Office 365 support experience
  • Windows/MacOS/mobile printer support experience
  • On-boarding/Off-boarding users experience, including focus on positive first IT interaction for new hires
  • Conference room technology support - screen sharing, videoconferencing, telephony
  • Remote troubleshooting and issue escalation
  • Local technology stock management - ensuring equipment is on hand, shipping nationally when required
  • A plus: Experience with AD integration of Windows and MacOS as well as Azure AD
