Job Summary: Bringing over a decade of specialized expertise, the Oracle Cloud EPM SME specializing in Testing and Automation Engagement is entrusted with ensuring the robustness, accuracy, and efficiency of Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions. This role demands a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, coupled with a strong proficiency in testing methodologies, automation tools, and a strategic approach to quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects.

Formulate detailed test plans encompassing various testing phases such as system testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

Test Execution and Automation:

Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of Oracle Cloud EPM modules and functionalities.

Lead the development and implementation of automated testing scripts to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.

Continuously optimize and refine testing automation frameworks.

Defect Management:

Spearhead the identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues identified during testing.

Collaborate seamlessly with development teams to ensure the timely and effective resolution of identified issues.

Performance Testing:

Design, execute, and analyze performance tests to evaluate and enhance the scalability and responsiveness of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

Facilitate UAT sessions in collaboration with end-users to validate that Oracle Cloud EPM aligns with business requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.

Generate comprehensive reports summarizing testing progress, identified issues, and resolution status.

Mentorship and Leadership:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testing team members.

Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practices with the broader project team.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of testing objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science).

Over 10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Cloud EPM SME with a focus on testing and automation.

Proven expertise in developing and executing automated testing scripts, with a strong understanding of testing frameworks.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM modules and their interdependencies.

Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Oracle Cloud EPM certifications related to testing and automation are highly desirable.

Demonstrated success in supporting testing and automation engagements in large-scale Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.
