In this role, you will ensure our Financial Institution and Cobrand partners are successfully onboarded and integrated with client platforms, enabling seamless API connections and data exchanges that enhance the cardmember experience and create a competitive edge for our B2B partners.
This position is dynamic, cross-functional, and client-facing. It requires strong communication skills, the ability to translate technical requirements, and the organizational expertise to manage multiple projects at once. Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution
Lead end-to-end technical integration projects, including:
oBatch file data exchange setup
oSingle Sign-On (SSO) integrations
oCredit card payment API implementations
Act as the primary liaison for assigned projects, coordinating between the client, Financial Institution partners, Cobrand partners, and third-party providers (Fiserv, FIS, Alkami, Candescent, etc.).
Track and manage all project details in Salesforce.
Customer Communication & Relationship Management
Conduct regular partner check-ins, providing proactive updates via calls and emails.
Translate technical concepts into clear, approachable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and responsiveness in all partner interactions.
Project Oversight
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones are met and blockers are resolved quickly.
Coordinate meetings, capture outcomes, and document next steps across teams.
Stakeholder Alignment & Reporting
Deliver regular status updates and executive summaries to leadership, product, and compliance teams.
Ensure alignment between partner goals, technical requirements, and business objectives.
Provide feedback on partner and vendor integration readiness.
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Develop and maintain integration documentation, including workflows, specifications, and support guides.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal support/operations teams post-launch.
Post-Implementation Support & Optimization
