About this Position:
Job Title: Training Coordinator
Objectives:
  • Successful management of IT system/application projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective risk management, and transparent communication.
  • Development and execution of a change management strategy that facilitates smooth user adoption across all user groups.
  • Comprehensive end-user training to ensure client's staff and teachers are well-equipped to utilize the new applications.
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting to track project progress, training effectiveness, and user adoption.
  • Ongoing creation and presentation of leadership-facing deliverables that highlight key data points and provide clear explanations of project cycles, challenges and strengths.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
  • 6+ years in Project Management, particularly in coordinating training programs.
  • 3+ years of experience developing or refining training materials
Skills:
  • Experience in tracking and reporting on training effectiveness, such as attendance and engagement metrics.
  • Proven ability to coordinate logistics and resources for large-scale training, both in-person and virtual.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze training performance and adjust strategies based on feedback.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
