Professional Summary

  • Experienced Business Analyst with over a decade of proven success in the Property and Casualty insurance domain.
  • Brings deep expertise in data analysis, business process modeling, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Has played a key role in multiple Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and is well-versed in Agile project delivery.
  • Core Competencies: Data Analysis & SQL: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Comfortable writing SQL queries for data profiling, validation, and reporting to support business decisions.

MDM Project Exposure:

  • Experience in defining and implementing MDM rules, including match and merge logic, survivorship strategies, and data quality standards.
  • Collaborates with data stewards and governance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.

Agile Project Delivery:

  • Active contributor in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

JIRA & User Story Creation:

  • Proficient in using JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Skilled in writing clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for MDM and data-centric projects.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Works closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, validate data rules, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Documentation & Communication:

  • Strong documentation skills, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and data dictionaries.
  • Communicates effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have

  • Tools & Technologies SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake Informatica MDM, Talend, or other MDM platforms JIRA, Confluence Excel, Power BI, Tableau (for data visualization)
