Job Summary
- Actively work with various internal Operations teams providing data expertise, offering original perspectives, and challenging conventional views to better operations data driven decision making through reporting and analytics.
- Partner with internal customers to document business requirements for reporting and analytics. Apply creativity and initiative to create new and improve existing solutions to achieve these requirements and answer business questions more effectively.

Technical Skills:
Must Have:
- Technical/Analytical Qualifications
o Data mining and analysis tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, and R
o Tableau Desktop, Server, Data Prep,
o Database concepts and able to write queries from scratch.
o MS Excel including pivot tables and complex logic-based formulas.
o Confluence & JIRA
- Excellent data gathering, analytical, profiling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
