Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement process improvements based on data analysis, including
workflow optimization and automation.
Technical Skills:
High level of proficiency with Confluence.
Expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data
mining techniques
Familiarity with data visualization tools and platforms
Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
Expertise in lean six sigma and agile ways of working
Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to diverse
stakeholders
Knowledge of business process management methodologies
Experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams
