Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Analyst with experience in core banking systems specifically Systematics, IMPACS, or GM to lead technical projects that align with our business needs. This role involves high-level analysis, project leadership, and the delivery of effective technology solutions that drive our organization s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical analysis to assess business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

  • Serve as a technical project leader, managing the full development lifecycle of projects with varying scope and complexity.

  • Collaborate closely with business users and management to ensure successful implementation and user satisfaction.

  • Ensure timely execution of analysis, development, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Support our organizational Vision, Purpose, and Values by contributing to team goals and adapting to evolving priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 7 years of professional programming experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical project leadership role.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one core banking application: Systematics, IMPACS, or GM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the financial services industry.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Deep understanding of financial services operations and the system architecture that supports them.
