TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Engineer who is interested in moving into a fulltime role in the Denver/Aurora area.

Position Overview

  • Role: Contract-to-Hire (CTH) L2 Desktop Engineer in a Windows environment.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Desktop Support: Basic desktop work, device issues resolution, and new employee orientation (NEO) support.
    • Intune Support: Manage devices through Intune, with occasional exceptions.
    • Video Conference & some AV Support: MS Teams & Troubleshoot Logitech AV systems and coordinate with vendor AVI for escalations. - PLUS
    • Exec/VIP Support: Provide backup support to VIPs, balancing urgent demands with realistic expectations.
    • New Employee Orientation: First point of contact for onboarding, distributing equipment, and assisting with MFA setup.
    • Work Hours: 8am-5pm, with occasional early starts for special events (e.g., company town hall).
    • Team Dynamics: Collaborative, small team environment with opportunities for growth and promotion.
    • Biggest Challenges: Customer service, self-prioritization, and time management skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
