Role Overview:
The Business Project Manager will lead initiatives focused on Next-Generation Fixed Wireless Access and Secure Wi-Fi. You'll coordinate across Product, Technology, Engineering, and Operations to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
This is a cross-functional role requiring strong project ownership, leadership, and stakeholder communication. While telecom knowledge is important, the core need is for a strong project manager who can drive results in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of critical telecom projects
Oversee scope, timeline, budget, and risk mitigation
Align project roadmaps and dependencies across teams
Track budgets, perform variance analysis, and resolve cost-related issues
Develop detailed schedules, milestone tracking, and status reports
Establish and enforce project governance using hybrid PM methodologies
Communicate progress, milestones, and risks to leadership
Conduct executive-level presentations and regular stakeholder updates
Lead change management and adoption of new processes/technologies
Ensure compliance with EPMO governance standards
Collaborate with other PMs to share best practices and lessons learned

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets
Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to ask the right questions, challenge ideas, and drive clarity
High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting
Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
