Job Details
I am specifically looking for Technical Product managers or program managers with hands-on experience in following - who are great in Vibe Coding/Gen AI, agents with product thinking, experience with data bricks lake houses in implementation. Folks who a very very well versed with ETL like thinking.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Technical Program Manager in data or AI-focused environments.
- Strong understanding and hands-on familiarity with:
- Generative AI / LLM-based systems / AI agents
- Vibe Coding and modern AI integration tools
- Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Spark
- ETL design principles, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration (Airflow, dbt, etc.)
- Proven experience in end-to-end data platform implementation and AI product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong product mindset - ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
