Summary:

- Cybersecurity Engineering team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer and administrator to work on configuration of ServiceNow modules.

Education & Experience Required:

- Bachelor (4-year) degree with 8 years IT experience (5 of those must be in Service Now Development)

- Resource with no degree would need 10+ years experience (5 of those must be in Service Now Development)

- Masters Degree with 6+ years IT experience ( 5 of those must be in Service Now Development)

Technical Skills

(Required)

  • 5+ years experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the configuration of modules such as GRC Vendor Risk Management
  • 5+ years experience administering ServiceNow including the modification of the workflows, business rules, UI components, ACLs, catalog items and updates.

(Desired)

- Experience with ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance is preferred, but not required

- Certified System Administrator (CSA) qualification from ServiceNow

- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology

Soft Skills

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technical issues

Typical task breakdown:

- Day-to-day activities will vary depending on organizational needs, but will include: development, testing, quality assurance, maintenance, support and documentation of solutions.

- Individual development work in ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management (VRM) or custom applications

- Meeting with process owners to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues

- Collaborating with other team members on design, peer code reviews and testing

- Understanding system capabilities and provide ideas on how to use the tool to solve business objectives

Interaction with team:

- Working with customers and internal customers; working with Scrum master, functional analyst and Work director.
