Role Overview
This role provides hands-on technical leadership within a Microsoft enterprise environment. The Senior System Analyst will act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, support core IT infrastructure, and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure reliable IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network-related issues
Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to systems analysts and administrators
Support and maintain enterprise technologies including:
Office 365 / Microsoft 365
Active Directory (AD DS), Azure AD, ADFS
Exchange Server (on-prem and hybrid)
Microsoft Teams (including softphones)
Windows Client and Windows Server OS
VPN, RDP, and remote access tools
Lead and support Active Directory upgrades, consolidations, and migration projects
Manage Microsoft 365 mailbox migrations, user provisioning, licensing, and security settings
Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency
Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
Troubleshoot network-related issues with working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Coordinate with third-party vendors and external support teams for advanced issue resolution
Assist with SharePoint and AWS infrastructure support (nice to have)
Research, recommend, and implement technical improvements to enhance system reliability and performance
Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
Follow ITIL and IT service management best practices
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical end users

10+ years of overall IT experience
Strong expertise in Microsoft enterprise environments
Experience with AD migrations, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and enterprise troubleshooting
