Job Details

IAM Engineer / Developer
The IAM Engineer / Developer will be an escalation point for IAM Analysts.
The IAM Engineer / Developer will be hands-on creating EPICs and updating user stories in the ServiceNow IAM Agile Board.
The IAM Engineer/ Developer is also responsible for attending strategic meetings and collaborating with our IT and business partners on initiatives to improve the identity lifecycle process and providing recommendations to protect against security threats and misconfigurations.
The IAM Engineer/Developer will need to absorb and decompose complex technical issues and be able to articulate root cause to non-technical customers.
Other Responsibilities:
Assist with delivery of strategic SailPoint IAM initiatives and solutions, including analysis, design, and implementation, to remediate known risks and improve security posture.
Analyze and resolve complex authentication, integration, and automation issues.
Analyze and refine joiner, mover, leaver provisioning processes across a variety of platforms and applications to provide improvement recommendations.
Required Experience:
Must have 2-5 years of experience engineering solutions in SailPoint (IIQ or Identity Now).
Must have 2-5 years of experience with design and implementation with technologies such as:
o Entra ID
o Active Directory
o CyberArk
o MFA DUO
o Securelink-Imprivata
o EPIC
o Workday
Must have 2-5 years of experience hand-on scripting languages like PowerShell, Java, or Beanshell
Must have 2-5 years of experience hands-on in creating birthright access, role-based access control (RBAC), implementing certification campaigns.
Development experience utilizing APIs for data connectivity & ingestion.
Experience with data flow and process mapping using Visio
Experience with agile methodology, Jira, creating EPICs, user stories and managing work via sprints or Kanban Boards.
The ability to listen and absorb information quickly, define a problem statement, and create remediation plan and/or make suggestions for remediation.
Hands-On experience in creating birthright access and role-based access control (RBAC).
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment with shifting priorities and still be able complete assigned tasks.
Must be familiar with NIST framework as it relates to identity and access governance, privilege access management, and zero trust principles.
Must be pro-active, curious, have a professional presence and communication style.
