Job Description:

Job Title: Operations Support Engineer
Duration: 6-Month Contract with extension up to 2+yr
Must Haves
- 3-5+ years in application support or operations roles
- Proficiency with SQL (SQL Server 2016 preferred, but any version acceptable)
- Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and reporting
- Experience with Remedy ticketing system
- Familiarity with Tomcat and FTP protocols
- Telecom or enterprise-scale IT support background
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to My Logins, including report formatting, FTP delivery, and manual job failures
- Use SQL to generate and adjust reports required by internal compliance teams
- Resolve Remedy tickets raised by Identity Management groups
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance SSIS packages and reporting workflows
