RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Associate Compliance Change Manager in Coral Gables, FL.

Summary:
The Associate Compliance Change Manager is integral to implementing and managing technical change processes within the compliance framework. This role involves supporting change initiatives that align with organizational compliance policies and technical requirements. The position ensures that changes are executed smoothly, with minimal disruption, while adhering to compliance standards and technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Change Support: Collaborate with IT teams to understand the technical implications of proposed changes and ensure they meet compliance standards; Assist in developing technical documentation for change requests and implementation plans
* Compliance Coordination: Ensure all changes comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations; Assist in preparing audit documentation and compliance reports as needed
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain precise documentation for change management activities, ensuring all change requests, approvals, and implementation records are complete and accurate; Provide regular updates to stakeholders on compliance-related change initiatives
* Risk Assessment: Support the identification and mitigation of risks associated with technical and compliance changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with technical and compliance teams to gather input and feedback on change impacts and mitigation strategies
* Training and Guidance: Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on technical and compliance change management processes
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor change implementation outcomes to ensure they meet technical and compliance objectives; Assist in the evaluation of change effectiveness and compliance adherence

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in technical change management, with a focus on compliance within an IT environment
* Strong technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
* Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively across technical and compliance teams
* Certifications: ITIL certification or relevant compliance certifications (such as CISM, CRISC) are preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
