About the Role

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on Generative AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven productivity workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with GenAI platforms, and a passion for empowering teams to adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct instructor-led training sessions on Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.

Develop training materials including presentations, practical exercises, demos, and assessments.
Create reusable learning assets: guides, SOPs, video tutorials, and case studies.
Train cross-functional teams (business, technical, operations, leadership) on AI usage and best practices.
Provide hands-on demonstrations using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and other GenAI/LLM platforms.
Customize training programs for different levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced.
Evaluate learner performance and provide continuous support/coaching.

Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, capabilities, and industry trends.

Collaborate with product, IT, and L&D teams to align training with organizational goals.

Ensure responsible AI usage by teaching ethics, privacy, data security, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).

11+ years of experience in training, L&D, teaching, coaching, or content development.

Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI tool usage.

Experience with major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Midjourney, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Experience creating structured training content and documentation.
