Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle:

VP -Analytics Client Engagement

What can you expect?
  • Drives analytics engagement initiatives for clients and colleagues in the West Zone of the United States by engaging with internal colleagues and clients through presentations, working to ensure colleague and client satisfaction along all phases of the process and overall service needs are met to best serve and create value for the client.
  • Ensure professional relationships are retained, upheld and nourished to ensure continued growth and expanded value.
  • Conducts advanced market research in alignment with communicated internal priorities and aligns analytics products with client and colleague need to achieve business objectives.
  • Applies advanced knowledge of the region to devise targeted analytics engagement plans for various industry specializations and concepts directed at mid-sized and large clients and conducts independent work to assist with aspects of complex engagements.
  • Consistently interacts with internal and external senior level stakeholders and assists senior colleagues and the West Zone Analytics Client Engagement Leader by acting as project manager for advanced work streams and driving analytics engagement in the West Zone of the US.
  • Partner with the West Zone Analytics Client Engagement Leader to organize and attend relevant industry conferences and is a prominent, contributing member of relevant professional organizations and societies to expand and maintain a large professional network, gain exposure and represent the Company's analytics offerings.

We will count on you to:
  • Experience in translating technical risk issues to business leaders to bridge stakeholders in an organization and assessing strategy and making recommendations to clients.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.


What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree with a record of outstanding academic achievement
  • Numerical and financial literacy.
  • Able to convey complex concepts in clear and concise manner.
  • 2+ years of analytics experience.
  • 5+ years of client-facing.

  • Actuarial education and/or work experience.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $91,800 to $195,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
