About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced ERP Architect with a strong background in Infor LN and Baan Finance to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in ERP architecture and design, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
- This position involves leading the design and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of ERP solutions, focusing on alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Infor LN NorthStar to configure, implement, and optimize ERP systems, especially within finance and accounting modules.
- Collaborate with finance teams to translate their requirements into effective ERP solutions, supporting financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee the integration of ERP LN (NorthStar) with other business applications and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance on customizations and optimizations to meet specific business needs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide updates, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the full ERP lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Promote best practices in ERP implementations and finance operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support for ERP functionalities related to finance and other integrated modules.
Required Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in ERP architecture and design, specifically with Infor LN and Baan Finance.
- Strong understanding of finance functional expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
- Experience in system integration and the ability to oversee seamless data flow between ERP systems and other business applications.
- Ability to provide guidance on customizations and optimizations for high performance and scalability.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading full ERP lifecycle implementations.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to promote best practices in ERP implementations.
- Ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.
