Job Title: QA TPM (Technical Program Manager)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 onsite)
Duration: Long Term

Skills: 10plus yeas profile, must be technical resource, QA, functional testing, regression &performance testing, CI/CD,

Finance/Reg/Compliance exp is a plus

Looking for a TPM who has strong QA background to run E2E QA program within Finance Portfolio

Extensive manual and automated testing experience/knowledge as tester in the past that would help get into the details and question the teams defects raised status quo
Provide guidance on automation tools/strategy to test multiple products ensuring alignment with specifications, settings, and quality
Drive overall testing strategy and governance framework and guide cross-functional teams in the execution of end to end functional and regression, SIT and UAT testing
Define, track, and report quality metrics across the program providing actionable insights to improve quality and time-to-market
Formulate the development of hands-free testing and monitoring tools to ensure desired quality
Creates and implements quality standards.
Publish/Own quality reports and documentation
Knowledge/Extensive experience on Rally, Test Plans, Test Suites and Test reports to pull metrics to executive reports
Knowledge of various Testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, Junit, etc.
