Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Remote (USA)

Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for defining strategy, delivery, and lifecycle of technology products that support global real estate and facilities management. This includes systems for space & occupancy, CMMS, BAS/OT integrations, inventory, CAD/drawings, capital planning, and analytics. The role works with business teams, IT, vendors, and service providers to deliver data-driven tools that optimize space, reduce costs, improve employee experience, and support enterprise goals.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives (space optimization, efficiency, sustainability, cost reduction).
  • Product Delivery Manage full lifecycle from discovery through release and ongoing optimization. Own product backlog, translate needs into user stories, and deliver with IT, engineering, UX, and vendors.
  • Integrations & Technical Enablement Oversee solution integration, ensure scalability, security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Data & Analytics Drive master data strategy and deliver analytics for forecasting, maintenance, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with business teams (real estate, finance, HR, IT) and vendors; manage scope, priorities, and global rollouts.
  • Financial & Operational Outcomes Build business cases, track KPIs (space utilization, asset uptime, cost, SLA compliance, sustainability).
  • Adoption & Change Management Promote adoption with training, communication, and feedback mechanisms.
  1. Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product or program management experience delivering technical or enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with engineering, data, UX, and vendors in cross-functional/global teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate real estate, facilities management, construction, or strong business/financial acumen.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, real estate, or related field.
  • Experience with SaaS vendor management, global rollouts, and compliance (SSO, data residency, privacy).
