We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Analyst to support our Human Resources systems and operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuring and maintaining Workday HCM modules, strong knowledge of HR business processes, and the ability to provide training and support to users.
Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and optimize various Workday HCM modules
Analyze, design, and implement HR business processes within Workday
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within the system
Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams on system improvements and new initiatives
Provide expert-level support and training to end-users and stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows
Recommend and implement system enhancements and optimizations based on business needs and Workday best practices
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Proven experience in system configuration and support
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Must be local to the Bay Area, CA
