Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Analyst to support our Human Resources systems and operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuring and maintaining Workday HCM modules, strong knowledge of HR business processes, and the ability to provide training and support to users.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize various Workday HCM modules

  • Analyze, design, and implement HR business processes within Workday

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within the system

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams on system improvements and new initiatives

  • Provide expert-level support and training to end-users and stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows

  • Recommend and implement system enhancements and optimizations based on business needs and Workday best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

  • Proven experience in system configuration and support

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Must be local to the Bay Area, CA
