Job Details
Role: Performance Tester (10+ Years)
Location : Atlanta, GA
Job Type : Onsite-5 Days
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Proficiency in one or more performance testing tools:
- Micro Focus LoadRunner / Performance Center
- Apache JMeter
- NeoLoad
- Strong skills in test scripting, parameterization, and correlation.
- Solid understanding of web, API, microservices, and database performance testing.
- Proficient in analyzing application logs, APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic), and server metrics.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
