ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage a portfolio of seasonal projects related to commercialization for the confections team.Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for projects focused on product and packaging innovations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business goals.Utilize MS Project and Microsoft Office tools (OneNote, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to track project timelines, deliverables, and communications.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and changes.Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive project success.



ShiftHours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.5-10 years of project management experience, particularly in commercialization projects.Proven experience in product and packaging changes and innovation.Strong understanding of the end-to-end commercialization process.Experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly with product and packaging changes.Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite (OneNote, Outlook, Teams, etc.).Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.Expertise with project management methodologies and best practices.
