Sr. Business Analyst

This is 100% onsite work position based in Tallahassee, FL. Apply only if you are willing to relocate.

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience

Required Experience:

1. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional) on full life cycle development projects.
2. Experience conducting JAD sessions, define business process and document meeting notes and action items.
3. Experience in writing user story and use cases.
4. Experience creating comprehensive Test Plans.
5. Experience and knowledgeable of software testing methods and best practices.
6. Experience in creating and maintaining test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
7. Experience in functional, regression, system integration, security, performance and user acceptance testing. Experience in testing to adhere to Section 508/ADA compliance in web applications.
8. Experience querying data in tables to verify data insert/update/delete to tables, to produce quality testing results.
9. Strong attention to detail, quality minded with results oriented.
10. Strong analytical skills.

22. Accountable to the department assigned Project Manager for the project.
23. Ability to work on the project components in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget and other specified criteria.
24. Ability to test in the following environments:

• REST services built using Java Spring Boot
• Angular
• Webpages built using HTML, CSS, and JS/TS.
• MS SQL Server
• Stored procedures, triggers, views, etc.
• JBOSS 5.0 and higher
• LoadRunner

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience and technical knowledge working with MS SQL and ORACLE database environments.
3. Experience as a BA in J2EE developed software projects
