Key Qualifications

3-10 years of experience building and supporting enterprise scale applications2 to 3 years of experience on ServiceNow scripting/javascript Configuration/customization experience on various ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service, Knowledge, Asset, etc...)Thorough functional understanding of IT Service management or HR service delivery (HRSD) or Customer service management (CSM)Hands on experience of REST (JSON) based API implementationServiceNow Application Developer certification is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving capabilitiesGood Collaboration skills and teamwork ethicAttention to details and commitment to qualityStrong work ethic, self-motivated and well-organizedAbility to perform under pressure and tight deadlines

Description

In this role, you will work directly with the process owners, project Implementation/development teams, ServiceNow product team, production support team and multiple Infrastructure teams. You will provide in-house expertise in the matters of technical implementation, end-to-end system landscape, and application integration. You will be responsible managing projects from inception to closure. This includes, but not limited to, planning, design, requirements gathering/clarification, managing team of developers, risk/mitigation, status reporting, communication, process and technical improvements. You will also be responsible for building a strong team of ServiceNow implementors for multiple ServiceNow moduleResponsibilities include:* Understand business requirements for ServiceNow* Provide design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation* Provide guidance on technical questions related to ServiceNow implementation* Provide end-to-end product architecture to ensure scalable, high performance landscape* Architect integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, Email and several in-house applications and technologies* Participate in sizing the application for future growth and scalability* Perform technical configurations, application maintenance and house-keeping activities* Design security of the application, and own data security function* Configure alerts and baseline SLAs

Education & Experience

BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience.
