Pay Range: $70/hr. on W2 - $78/hr. on W2

- Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors, to address challenges effectively.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a deep understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Systems Architecture experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in data architecture, system architecture, and data warehousing.
- Experience with Workday, HCM, Microsoft Fabric, and application modernization and rationalization.
- Deep HR tech experience and knowledge of modern Human Capital Management and data platforms.
