Job Title: Oracle Cloud Techno-Payroll Functional
Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite)
Minimum Qualifications (bullet points)
- Must haves
- Minimum KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on US payroll business processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Payroll and hands-on experience with fast formulas.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze payroll data and generate meaningful reports.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Certification (REQUIRED)
- Experience: Previous experience in a senior payroll role within a large organization.
