Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Salt Lake City, UT.

Summary:
Our partner is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, data-centric initiative consisting of 7-8 concurrent workstreams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate executive presence, and deliver results with organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Program Leadership: Manage multiple data-focused workstreams under a single program umbrella, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams
* Data Coordination: Collaborate with data analysts to ensure accurate data gathering and analysis across customer segments
* Dynamic Scheduling: Develop and maintain a comprehensive, adaptable program schedule that reflects evolving priorities
* Executive Engagement: Facilitate executive-level updates, presentations, and conversations with clarity and confidence
* Budget Ownership: Oversee program budgets and ensure financial accountability
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across front-line bankers, lenders, middle office teams, and data analysts
* Risk & Ambiguity Management: Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
* Tool Utilization: Use ServiceNow SPM (or similar project portfolio tools) and Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile tracking and reporting
* Agile Delivery: Apply Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe) while balancing structured project management rigor

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years in project/program management within complex enterprise environments
* This role requires a senior-level program/project management professional with strong coordination, communication, and scheduling skills
* Proven success managing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams
* Strong ability to coordinate, communicate, and lead within high-visibility programs
* Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
* Proficiency in creating and maintaining dynamic project schedules
* Excellent executive presence
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models

Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications: PMP preferred but not required
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps; Exposure to ServiceNow SPM or similar tools
* Banking or financial services industry experience strongly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
