Position- IT Admin/NetSuite Admin with Project44/ Redwood TMS experience

Location- Houston, TX

Type- Remote

Visa- No H1

Description:

  • Client seeks an experienced IT Administrator with NetSuite SME-level skills to support and optimize systems already in production. Environment includes:
  • NetSuite ERP (primary platform)
  • Project44 / Redwood TMS for auto-rate, auto-tender
  • SPS Commerce for EDI PO transmission (select partners)
  • This role will be hands-on in systems support, light troubleshooting, and minor enhancements. Core focus is maintaining and improving integrations, managing user support, and ensuring operational uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • NetSuite admin: configuration, workflows, user permissions
  • Manage TMS integration (Project44 / Redwood)
  • Maintain EDI transmission via SPS Commerce
  • Handle technical documentation and process updates

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years in NetSuite administration
  • Familiar with Project44 / Redwood TMS integrations
  • Experience with SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms
  • Independent, solution-oriented mindset

Rate Structure:

  • Targeting 20 hours/week at a competitive hourly rate
  • Willing to go full-time for the right fit

Notes:

  • Client is cost-sensitive but values niche experience
  • Systems are already live; focus is on ongoing support & refinement
  • Light implementation left; no ground-up build needed
