Job Title: Workday HRM Consultant / Analyst

Location: Chesapeake, VA - onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workday Human Resource Management (HRM) professional to support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday's core HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday HRM functionality, business process configuration, data management, and system integrations related to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Core HRM modules including Organizations, Job Profiles, Positions, Compensation, and Staffing.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Manage and execute business process design, security setup, reporting, and testing for HRM modules.
  • Perform system administration tasks such as tenant configuration, data uploads, and mass changes.
  • Support Workday releases and upgrades, assessing new features and implementing enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom and standard Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits and quality control measures.
  • Provide end-user support and training for HR and business teams.
  • Partner with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between Workday and other HR systems.
