Job Description:
Pay Range: $85.68hr - $90.68hr
  • The OCM Consultant will support large-scale transformation initiatives by developing and executing change strategies that enable business users, leadership, and stakeholders to successfully adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • This role requires strong expertise in change management frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Ability to assess change impacts and organizational readiness.
  • Experience developing OCM strategies aligned with program objectives.
  • Ability to create stakeholder maps, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption metrics.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage executives, managers, and end users to drive adoption.
  • Experience designing and delivering clear communication materials.
  • Ability to support change agent networks and site champions.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in OCM.
  • Experience supporting large-scale IT or business transformation programs.
  • Experience in consulting or regulated industries is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change strategies.
  • Conduct change impact assessments.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to build sponsorship and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop role-based training.
  • Ensure reinforcement of change post go-live.
  • Track adoption and readiness metrics.
Should Have:
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
  • Proactive and structured communication approach.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable change activities.

Qualification and Education:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communication, or related field.
