Position Overview

Amroute is seeking an accomplished Director of IT Staffing Sales to lead our business development efforts within the IT staffing sector. This strategic role will focus on expanding client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate has deep experience in IT staffing sales, a strong industry network, and a proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in IT staffing and consulting services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and hiring leaders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely client service.
  • Forecast sales performance and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technology needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in IT staffing sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build client partnerships and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing and managing sales teams and performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and remote environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
