Key Responsibilities
Education - High School Diploma
Required Skills:
3 + years of experience with access management & Identity management
Experience supporting a Privilege Access Management (PAM) tool implementation
Experience working with an IGA tool (Identity governance and admin)
User life cycle management experience
IT service management experience specifically with ServiceNow
Experience navigating Active Directory
Preferred Skills:
Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience, specifically with the following technologies (CyberArk or other industry-leading PAM solutions)
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience, specifically with the following technologies (Saviynt, SailPoint, or other industry-leading IGA solutions)
Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance regulations (SOX, NERC, PCI, etc.)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
They will be mainly supporting a PAM tool implementation as well as an implementation of a new IGA tool. They will work in conjunction with the managed service provider and the internal team to configure and coordinate whatever hardware is needed for the implementation. They will also be responsible for resolving tickets (30-50 a day) in ServiceNow related to provisioning access to employees, Onboarding/Offboarding of employees, ensuring accesses are removed in a timely manner, and handling any incidents that arise related to these areas.
