We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Senior Product Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative healthcare technology solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory environments, and a passion for building impactful products that improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate complex clinical and operational needs into scalable, user-centric digital solutions that align with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Your role in our mission - Designs and delivers complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products.
- Monitors and/or leads the product implementation process, ensuring that the solution is sound, appropriate and cost-justified, the components integrate properly, and the domains of change within the scope of the solution are addressed.
- Understands the customer business value associated with the deployment of business productivity, system-to-system, and end-user applications. Provides the client with strategic product advice including product features, vendor recommendations and future direction of technology.
- Maintains current knowledge of emerging technologies that are new to company, clients, or the information technology industry as they relate to package-based application implementations.
- May participate in or lead major proposal efforts; create strategies to win business in new markets or current accounts, working with marketing and other appropriate departments.
- Influences client expectations and ensures client satisfaction at the account level.
- Compares solutions with other product development managers, vendors, and cross functional technical groups to ensure consistent product solutions.
- Provides industry expertise on product systems, processes, and network architectures. Creates and delivers internal and/or external conference presentations and participates in product user groups to market and support product solutions.
- Coordinates activities of less experienced personnel to determine appropriate product development and implementation strategies and to ensure cost effectiveness and product efficiency.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
What we're looking for - Extensive Full-Stack Development Experience : 8+ years of hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCF, jQuery, Entity Framework, LINQ, and workflow management tools, with strong knowledge of SDLC and OOP Principles.
- Database Proficiency : Skilled in working with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including experience with both structured and unstructured data, relational database management, and entity maintenance frameworks.
- Technical Troubleshooting and Web Services : Proven ability to develop and debug web services, resolve issues related to Windows Server and IIS, and adapt quickly to changing technical environments.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills : Adept at problem-solving, presenting technical concepts to stakeholders, and communicating effectively with customers, support teams, and management.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff, manage time efficiently, work independently or in teams, and handle multiple tasks with agility and decisiveness.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
