Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving IT issues efficiently in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac operating systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Manage user account administration via Active Directory and other enterprise tools.
Support the deployment of software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure accurate asset tracking.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure and helpdesk teams to ensure smooth operations.
Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 5 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and remote support tools.
Familiarity with hardware setup, imaging, and peripheral configuration.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
