We are looking for an IBM TRIRIGA Specialist in Austin, TX.

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM TRIRRIGA application development and customization.
  • Design, develop, and customize IBM TRIRIGA for RE&D Solutions.
  • Implement workflows, data models, forms, portals, reports, and system integrations. Customize and extend the TRIRIGA Application Platform. Ensure all customizations comply with TRIRIGA development best practices.
  • Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and end-users.
  • Document technical design, configurations, and deployment details.

Mandatory skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in TRIRIGA Application Builder and Report Designer
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring TRIRIGA modules (Space management, Lease Administration, Capital projects etc.)
  • Experience with TRIRIGA system administration, data loading tools, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL and integration with external systems using web services.

Good to have skills:

  • IBM TRIRIGA Certification IBM TRIRIGA Certification
  • Good understanding of real estate and facilities management business processes.
