Position: MDM Business Analyst with P&C
Location: Iselin NJ
Duration: Long Term contract
Job Details:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, Policy, and Customer Service to gather and document business and data requirements
- Lead workshops and sessions to identify and prioritize master data entities (Customer, Policy, Claims, Broker, Product, etc.)
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for MDM solutions
- Work closely with data architects, developers, and QA teams to support the design and delivery of MDM solutions
- Define and document data governance rules, data quality metrics, and stewardship models
- Support data profiling and data mapping activities between source systems and MDM hub
- Validate MDM outputs including golden record creation, survivorship rules, and data enrichment processes
