Job Title: SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid a mix of on-site and telework

The position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above. The program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.

Role Summary:

Our public-sector client seeks an experienced Software Developer 2 to design, build, and support identity-and-access-management (IAM) solutions. The focus is on integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with enterprise applications and delivering single-sign-on (SSO) capabilities through Okta and related technologies. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, UX designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality, secure software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs that integrate with SailPoint IdentityIQ and SSO platforms.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, rules, connectors, and policies in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Configure and integrate Okta SSO with target applications.
  • Build API services that enforce access policies and interact with external systems.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum practices to plan, develop, test, and deliver features.
  • Partner with architects, service-delivery managers, and project managers to align technical tasks with deployment plans.
  • Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • 6 years (Required): Delivering solutions with Agile or Scrum methodology
  • 6 years (Required): Collaborating with architects, service-delivery managers, and PMs on SailPoint IIQ deployments
  • 4 years (Required): SailPoint IdentityIQ development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies)
  • 4 years (Required): Okta single-sign-on integration
  • 4 years (Required): Developing API services for access policies and requests
  • 2 years (Preferred): Experience working with Texas state agencies or comparable public-sector entities
