Scope of Work
1) Design and develop web applications to help manage diverse Housing programs
2) Integrate out-of-the-box applications with our in-house software systems
3) Maintain and provide production support for Housing systems
4) Perform in-depth business and data analysis
5) Design and develop canned/ad-hoc reports
6) Set up, configure, and deploy web applications
7) Write user guides and technical design documents
8) Gather users' requirements and provide application mock-ups
This position demands a highly organized, analytical, independent, self-starter individual with strong
background in business application development, ability to multi-task, and strong written and verbal
communication skills.
Required Skill Sets/Qualifications
Programming: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web API, Javascript
Data Structure: XML, JSON
Development Tools: Visual Studio
Database: T-SQL, SQL Server, SSRS
Version Control: Team Foundation Server/GIT
Preferred Skill Sets/Qualifications
Mobile application development
E-Commerce and payment portal experience
Basic accounting knowledge
WCAG 2.1 and ADA Compliance experience
