Architect Notes:

Have an architect that’s familiar with micro service architecture

Comp code exp

Design from the top down - overall holistic diagram - break that into parts for the teams for the implement

Documentation - writing diagrams

Team liaison architect - help them implement any technical lines

Best practices person - guiding team

VCO diagram - or any type of diagram tools

Visual studio exp - hands on architect - comfortable writing a POC

Writing code in visual studio - .NET framework

Confluence for documentation

Protocols, processes, procedures that they can come in and suggest

Cloud based background - Azure preferable, AWS is fine too - cloud services in general - cloud based

Messaging platforms (Kafka) - Kafka expert would be amazing

Enterprise experience would be nice but not required

Not afraid to initiate conversations - has to be approachable - developers on team won’t speak up

· Expert level experience with Azure Functions, Azure Library Variables, and Azure key vault

· Strong emphasis on writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Extensive experience with the design, coding, and unit testing of software

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, extreme organization, problem-solving and time management skills.

· Thorough understanding of Git strategies and branching patterns for team collaboration.

· Advanced knowledge and experience using software design patterns.

· Code refactoring expert.

· TDD experience.

· Working knowledge of containerization with Docker

· Experience with orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
