Adobe Experience Platform Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Ability to define and translate business objectives (growth, retention, personalization) into actionable data and AI strategies.
- Understanding how data from commerce, marketing, and content systems drives unified, omnichannel experiences.
- Skill in quantifying business impact of AI and analytics use cases (e.g., uplift, cost savings, conversion gains).
- Experience engaging CMO, CDO, and CIO stakeholders to shape vision, roadmap, and governance.
- Ability to drive organizational readiness and help clients embed data-driven decision-making into their operating models.
- Expertise in connecting Commerce, CMS, CDP, and Marketing platforms using APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and activation flows across tools like Adobe, Salesforce, or Segment.
- Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform for data orchestration, AI model deployment, and analytics pipelines.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and NLP applications for personalization and insights.
- Strong grasp of data quality, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks within marketing and commerce contexts.
Soft skills
Communication: Excels at both written and verbal communication to present ideas clearly, write compelling copy, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Project management: Manages project scope, timelines, and budgets efficiently, especially during complex initiatives like a CMS migration.
Analytical and problem-solving: Demonstrates the ability to break down complex problems and create data-driven solutions. A consultant must be objective and use research to identify issues and form hypotheses.
Adaptability: Navigates different industries and client needs with ease, adjusting to evolving market conditions and new technologies.
Leadership and collaboration: Guides teams, builds consensus among diverse stakeholders, and manages change with a focus on people.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on data and AI strategies that enhance customer experience, personalization, and commercial performance.
- Design and orchestrate data ecosystems spanning Commerce, CMS, Marketing Automation, and CDP platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, Bloomreach).
- Translate business challenges into AI use cases, from predictive analytics and recommendation engines to next-best-action and content intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, MarTech, Data Engineering, Cloud) to architect scalable and compliant data solutions.
- Enable data-driven decisioning through dashboards, KPI, and insight frameworks that connect marketing and commerce performance.
- Stay ahead of innovation by assessing emerging AI technologies, data privacy trends, and experience-led commerce tools.
- Contribute to thought leadership and pre-sales efforts shaping proposals, solution frameworks, and client workshops.
