Technical/Functional Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
2+ years' experience in technical analysis including workflow automation, process flows, and data diagrams, reporting and analysis
2+ years' experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Service) preferred on Sales
Experienced professional with the ability to use broad expertise, knowledge, and skills to resolve a wide range of business-related issues; contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Focus is on operational, tactical, and strategic activities.
Works small to midsize assignments or projects. Prepares and delivers informal and formal presentations to own team, department, other IT teams, and business partners.
Familiarity with regression testing, release testing, and/or troubleshooting system issues
Experience complying with data security standards, global systems and working on large data integration initiatives
Experience in leading projects from requirements gathering to effectively communicating with various levels of employees throughout the organization
Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and adhere to timelines
Must have strong attention to detail and ability to document both system design information and processes
Ability to initiate and execute tasks with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to manage and prioritize their own workload effectively
Ability to identify root cause and conduct initial investigation into problems as they arise
Ability to partner with software development team members to communicate a detailed understanding of requirements
Ability to clearly define and create detailed documentation to describe complex business processes to the lowest level
Ability to validate that new software release are production ready and provide documentation for it to end users
Prior success facilitating team meetings, daily standups, providing status reports, and conducting analysis
Work well in a team collaborative setting, coordinating work and addressing work prioritization, escalating to management when necessary
Experience using JIRA/Confluence or another Project Tracking System
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps
Professional experience as a Software Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master or similar
