Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled F5 Load Balancer Engineer to support design, deployment, and integration projects across customer environments. This role will focus on delivering robust, scalable, and secure load balancing solutions following standardized deployment methodologies and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy F5 Load Balancer solutions, including configuration and integration.
- Develop network and configuration design documents.
- Package delivery artifacts for testing and implementation.
- Perform acceptance testing in customer labs.
- Execute First Field Application (FFA) and production deployments across customer sites.
- Prepare and maintain project deliverables including:
- Gold Standard configuration files (GS)
- Deployment artifacts (CSAR)
- ATP Test Cases and results
- Progress reports, action registers, and risk logs
- Meeting minutes and JIRA ticket tracking
- Method of Procedures (MOPs)
- Change Request (CR) follow-up and Care handover
- Security audit reports
