Salesforce Productions Support

Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle user configuration requests (approx. 80% of the role), such as:
    • Territory updates
    • Account owner changes
    • Permission and access modifications
  • Manage and resolve 100 150 support tickets daily
  • Track and document internal communications within each case
  • Adhere to SLA timelines, which vary by case type; maintaining SLA compliance is critical once fully ramped up
  • Gradually take on more complex case work (non-development related)
  • Escalate any requests requiring development to the appropriate team

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Service Desk experience is required
  • Previous experience in a high-volume support role (100+ tickets/day)
  • Salesforce Data Loader experience is required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
