Description

SAIC is seeking a proactive and agile IT Project Coordinator to support customer Program mangers with IT portfolio management that will include budget formulation, strategy and spends plans from a PM perspective. This position will interact with senior executives and be involved in developing roadmaps, spend plans, briefings, and PMR's.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
  • Experience as an IT Project Manager or Systems Integrator
  • Ability to pivot on priorities and customer requests
  • IT portfolio management experience that includes experience with budget formulation and strategy.
  • Experience working with Senior leadership to create roadmaps, briefings and PMRs.
  • Knowledge of budgetary processes, federal and Intel fiscal cycle, funding practices, and contracting issues.
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences including ODNI and IC wide executives.
  • Interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and ODNI personnel.
  • Ability to to quickly apply new technologies, methodologies, and technical languages.
  • Experience with Workforce Management, BASIS, XACTA, Microsoft Office including One Note.
